Gene Burch Plumbing, Heating and Air was founded in 1975 by Gene and Sandie Burch with the goal of becoming a high quality, professional organization. Today, over 45 years later, we continue to maintain that goal.

Gene’s son, Gary, started out as a helper at 16, and progressed steadily over the following years. Since Gene’s retirement in 2002, Gary is now the sole owner of the business. He is committed to providing superior service to customers and always strives to perform the work right the first time as he was taught by his father.

Gene Burch Plumbing began as a new construction/remodeling company for the first 15 years and worked exclusively within this field. In the 90’s we shifted focus to service and repair with limited remodeling work. During this time, our knowledge and understanding of the service industry grew as well as a customer base to well over 10,000. Through the 90’s, we expanded our services to include heating, air conditioning, radiant heat and hydronic systems with well-trained, certified technicians and continuing education.

Our concept of operating a service, repair and replacement company is very simple; We believe that providing preventative maintenance to your plumbing, heating, air conditioning and radiant heat hydronic systems is the most important thing we can do, as it provides the most value to our customers. In order to ensure equipment reliability, we also offer service and safety maintenance programs, which allow you to obtain regular inspections in your home or business to ensure all of your systems are performing properly. A primary concern is that many manufacturers require such maintenance to protect warranty guidelines as well as maintaining a good operating condition and efficiency of equipment. This also helps to reduce energy bills by ensuring efficient operation and further extends the life of your plumbing, heating, air conditioning, radiant heat and hydronic equipment!
